I’m a purpose-driven Integrity and Risk Management leader with over 20 years of international experience in forensic investigations, corporate ethics, and governance advisory — helping organisations build resilient cultures that uphold both performance and principle.
In my role as Director at Adonai Integrity Solutions Ltd, I lead high-impact consulting engagements across Africa and Asia, supporting clients in establishing independent integrity functions, managing organisational risks, and navigating complex regulatory environments. My work bridges strategic advisory with operational execution, delivering tailored solutions that enable businesses to lead with trust and accountability.
Throughout my career, I’ve specialised in enterprise risk management, fraud detection, internal investigations, and governance frameworks — building and mentoring investigative teams across the public and private sectors, both locally and internationally. These experiences have sharpened my belief in the power of culturally aware leadership and collaborative problem-solving.
At Adonai, I focus on aligning integrity with innovation — helping organisations design systems that are both ethically grounded and operationally agile. Whether it’s advising boards, training compliance teams, or supporting cross-border integrity initiatives, I bring a solution-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering sustainable, value-added outcomes.

I’m a results-driven Project and Operations Leader with over 25 years of experience delivering complex initiatives in the oil and gas sector, with a focus on strategic execution, business development, and HSE excellence.
My career has included senior leadership roles across both local and multinational companies, where I’ve overseen operations, directed safety strategy, and led multidisciplinary teams through high-stakes infrastructure and marine equipment projects. I've had the privilege of working with organisations such as Shell and Chevron, where I maintained a strong track record of safety, compliance, and performance delivery — executing over 400,000 man-hours accident-free on key field projects.
Currently serving as  Director at Adonai Integrity Solutions Ltd, I lead enterprise strategy, operational planning, and regulatory compliance across our portfolio. I bring a collaborative, systems-oriented mindset to leadership — aligning business growth with operational discipline and stakeholder trust.
With a background that includes an MBA in Project Management and ongoing PhD research in Organisational Behaviour, I’m passionate about bridging strategy and structure to drive long-term, people-centered success. Whether overseeing large-scale field operations or developing policies that align with international safety standards, I’m committed to integrity, accountability, and excellence in execution.
I believe great leadership is measured not only by results — but by how those results are achieved. My mission is to lead projects and teams that operate safely, think strategically, and deliver with purpose.

I’m a dedicated Human Resources leader with over 15 years of experience driving people strategy, talent development, and organisational transformation across diverse and emerging markets. In my role as HR Director at Adonai Integrity Solutions Ltd, I help shape a culture where ethics, performance, and purpose work hand in hand.
Throughout my career, I’ve specialised in building high-integrity teams, aligning HR strategy with business objectives, and cultivating workplace cultures that prioritise accountability, growth, and resilience. I’ve had the opportunity to lead human capital initiatives across a range of sectors and geographies, which has deepened my appreciation for inclusive leadership and culturally aware workforce engagement.
At Adonai, I’ve led the development of our People & Culture Framework, designed values-driven performance systems, and supported our cross-border consulting teams with scalable, people-first HR solutions. Whether it’s executive talent acquisition, compliance-led HR policies, or embedding ethics into day-to-day practices, my goal is to ensure that our people remain our strongest asset.
